Marketplace policy

Seller terms

Read and accept the current seller rules before a Marketplace listing can be published. A new version requires a new acceptance.

Current service policy

Eligible goods and representations

Sellers may offer only permitted physical trading cards and collectibles that they have the right to sell. Each listing must truthfully describe the exact physical item, including identity, condition, alterations, authenticity concerns, and other material facts.

Restricted or prohibited goods and businesses are forbidden. Identity, listing, fulfillment, and dispute information must be truthful. Sellers must follow Aksu House evidence and fulfillment rules.

Fulfillment

A seller must ship within 72 hours after authoritative payment confirmation and submit supported tracking and shipment proof. Failure to fulfill can lead to cancellation, refund review, account restrictions, or lawful recovery.

Payout control

Payment success is not seller payout. Seller proceeds may be held during fulfillment, delivery and claim periods, dispute or refund review, fraud and integrity review, and payout verification. Identity, bank, payment-provider, and tax verification may be required before payout. Failure to complete verification does not convert held seller money into Aksu House revenue.

Seller responsibility

Fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited items, and seller-caused losses may result in suspension, holds, and lawful recovery or offset. Sellers remain responsible for seller-caused losses to the extent permitted by law. These rules do not remove the payment provider’s or platform’s legal responsibilities.

Acceptance
