Seller deadline
Once commerce opens, a seller will be expected to ship the specific purchased physical item within 72 hours after Aksu House records authoritative payment confirmation. A browser return or payment-success screen alone will not start or prove fulfillment.
Tracking and proof
The seller must provide supported tracking information and shipment proof that can be associated with the order. Packaging should reasonably protect the collectible and match the shipment method represented to the buyer.
Delivery records
Carrier events and other governed evidence may be reconciled into the order record. Delivery timing, exceptions, and loss claims remain subject to the final marketplace terms and applicable carrier processes.
Missed deadline
An order that remains unshipped after the 72-hour deadline may be placed on hold or moved to a controlled cancellation or refund review. Seller payout does not become eligible merely because payment succeeded.
